Nicole Nye

Director, Product Management

In her current role, Nicole leads the team responsible for developing and executing Ontario Systems' Account Receivable Management (ARM) product strategy. Prior to her role at Ontario, Nicole led Waystar's Patient Financial Experience product strategy and was Vice President of Product Management at Connance, which was acquired by Waystar. In 2018, she was recognized as one of the top female Revenue Cycle Management executives to watch by Becker's Healthcare. In other roles, Nicole spearheaded marketing strategy at McKesson Health Solutions as Associate Vice President of the Network and Financial Management Businesses. Nicole has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare. Starting out her career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts, she launched some of the first consumer-directed health plans in the country. Nicole received both her MBA and Bachelor of Science in Marketing, as part of the Honors Program, from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Chris Cochran

Principal Product Manager

Chris has a long tenure with Ontario Systems and has held many roles during his time at the company including sales, partner relations, and product management. In his current role as Principal Product Manager, Chris is focused on keeping up with technology and regulatory trends in the ARM market. He is passionate about Cloud computing and getting innovation to market. Chris received his BA in Physics from Wabash College and his MS in Physics from Ball State University.
